Student website assistant

Used HTML, Dreamweaver, and Macromedia Fireworks to add content to websites such as photos, news, grant opportunities, reports, policies, and forms. Two public-facing, University of Kansas websites used by university researchers, students, faculty, university boards and presidents, as well as a large number of in-house grant administrators. It included hundreds and hundreds of HTML pages, PDF’s, and external links to research grant opportunities. Analyzed the entirety and gathered feedback from users to propose reorganizations of site data to focus on the different website audiences and users. Also helped the webmaster create an private / internal Intranet website for the staff just at the KU Center for Research. Assisted graphic designer/photographer with photo shoots for new website photos. Continual website content maintenance such as replacing or removing old or broken external links. Link.
